Stephen T. Boschulte is a successful information management specialist helping Fortune 500 companies maximize the return on the information they collect. Mr. Boschulte obtained his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Virginia. Upon completion of his studies, Mr. Boschulte spent over 28 years working at large consulting companies including Ernst & Young, Cap Gemini, Deloitte Consulting LLP and CACI. Over those years he obtained his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (2001), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (2011), and Project Management Institute’s Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) (2013). Mr. Boschulte has managed teams on both small and large technical solutions to over twenty Fortune 500 companies and large government organizations.   His primary area of expertise is Information Management. In 2010, Mr. Boschulte published his first book, A Practical Guide for Implementing an Enterprise Information Management Program. Since then, he has focused on helping organizations become more efficient by implementing scaled Agile life cycle development and structuring the program infrastructure required to optimize high-performance teams that best position the organization for continuous improvement using a standards-based approach. Optimizing High-Performance Teams is a cumulation of leading practices garnered and created from his experience working in these organizations.
